At least when I write this, the last one is that Trump may have secretly pardoned himself pre-emptively. A situation that seems to have been invented in one of those laboratories of difficult cases that are the law clinics of the Schools of Law. The American Constitution of 1787 gives the President the clemency power, regardless of whether it is before or after Congress certifies another person to inhabit the White House
